Information

Homework is due on Thursdays – please make sure your children have a go as home learning is very important.

Their homework will consist of spellings, times tables, Maths and Reading Comprehension. If your child needs any help, feel free to ask me! I am happy to support them during the week.

Spelling and Times Tables - Your child will be tested on these every Thursday – it is really important that the children practice their spellings and times tables, please support your child with these.

info_outline Handy Hint: In school I like to randomly ask children different times tables and spellings throughout the day – it is a good way to help your child’s recall.

Reading - Reading is HUGELY important!

Please encourage your child to read daily. A useful activity is toyou’re your child a mix of questions about what they have read to support their understanding of what they have read. Remember to get your reading record signed and bring it into school daily. You will be helping your team to win the Reading League, as well as earning yourself smileys and other rewards!
